Abstract Guidelines & Submission Instructions

All researchers, students, and professionals are invited to submit abstracts aligned with the conference pillars.

Notification of Acceptance: Within two weeks after your submission.

📋 Submission Steps

Step 1: Download the Template

Click the template icons above to download the official MS Word template for either Poster or Oral Presentation. Please do not alter the margins, line spacing, or font settings.

Step 2: Format Your Abstract

Ensure your abstract is written in English, strictly limited to a maximum of 300 words, and includes up to 5 keywords.            
(Note: Please remember to delete all instructional guide text inside the template before saving).

Step 3: Save as PDF

All abstracts must be converted and submitted exclusively as a PDF file.

Step 4: Name Your File Correctly

To avoid processing delays, please strictly name your file using the following standard format:

[Oral or Poster]_[Your First Name]_[Your Last Name]_[Your Institution].pdf

Example: Oral_Taro_EPAM_Kyoto University.pdf

Please send your finalized PDF abstract as an email attachment directly to the Secretariat of EPAM 2026 Committee:

Required Email Subject Line: Abstract Submission_[Oral/Poster]_[Your Full Name]
