If your university or institution requires a formal invoice issued by the committee before they can release funds, our secretariat will issue a stylized PayPal electronic invoice directly to you.
Please send an email to support@epam-2026-kyoto.org with the subject line "Request for Invoice - [Your Name]", containing the following details:
* Once the request is received, our secretariat will email you the secure payment invoice within 24 hours. You can then click the "Pay Now" button inside that email to finalize payment via credit card.
After payment via either option, please allow 1-2 business days for our finance team to verify the funds. Your registration status on the user portal will then be updated to "Confirmed", and a formal PDF confirmation letter (suitable for visa or institutional reimbursement purposes) will be issued.
